Car Bomb Kills at least 16 in Iraqi Market

A car parked near a crowded vegetable market in Tal Afar, Iraq exploded on Friday killing at least 16 people and injuring more than 20.

Tal Afar, located about 260 miles northwest of Baghdad, is known as a haven for al-Qaeda militants.

Last year a truck bombing killed more than 150 people in Tal Afar.
