2008 Beijing Olympics Results: China’s Guo Wenjun Sets Olympic Record to Win Gold in Women’s 10m Air Pistol

China’s Guo Wenjun set an Olympic record in the women’s 10m air pistol competition with a score of 492.3 to claim gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Guo topped Russia’s Natalia Paderina who finished with 489.1 points and Georgia’s Nino Salukvadze who totaled 487.4 points.

Guo’s gold was China’s second in shooting at the Olympics.
