Coca-Cola Amatil Limited (ASX:CCL) to Hold Half Year 2008 Earnings Conference Call August 20

Coca-Cola Amatil Limited (ASX:CCL) will hold a conference call on Wednesday, August 20 at 10:00 am ET to discuss the half year results for 2008.  A webcast of the presentation will be available on the company’s website at ccamatil.com/3008Results.asp.

Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd. (CCA) manufactures, distributes and markets carbonated soft drinks, still and mineral waters, fruit juices, coffee and other alcohol-free beverages, and the processing and marketing of fruit, vegetables and other food products.

The Company operates in two business segments: the Beverage business and Food & Services business. The Beverage business is divided into non-alcoholic and alcoholic business. Within the non-alcoholic beverage business, the Company manufactures, distributes and markets carbonated soft drinks.

CCA is also involved in the distribution of beer brands and the spirit portfolio of global distributor Maxxium for Pacific Beverages Pty Ltd, a joint venture entity between CCA and SABMiller plc. The Food & Services segment comprises the SPC Ardmona, Neverfail, Quirks and Grinders businesses.

On October 24, 2007, CCA completed the disposal of its South Korean business to LG Household & Health Care Ltd.
