Plane Crash at Massachusetts Shopping Plaza Identified as Angel Flight Carrying Cancer Patient

The single-engine plane crash at an Easton, Massachusetts shopping center has been identified as an Angel Flight carrying a cancer patient to Boston for treatment. All three people aboard the plane were killed when it hit nose-first into the parking lot early Tuesday morning.

Angel Flight is a non-profit organization started by pilots who volunteer their time and provide free air transportation to legitimate, charitable medical related needs.

Reports have indicated that a husband and wife were on the flight heading to Boston when it went down. What caused the plane to crash has yet to be determined.
