Gamestop Corp (NYSE:GME) will hold a conference call on Thursday, August 21 at 11:00 am ET to discuss the second quarter earnings for 2008.  A webcast of the call will be available on the investor relations page of the company’s website at investor.gamestop.com.

During the fiscal year ended February 2, 2008, GameStop operated its business in four segments: United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. Of its 5,264 stores, 4,061 stores are included in the United States segment and 287, 280 and 636 stores are included in the Canadian, Australian and European segments, respectively.
