15 Children Dead in Pakistan School Bus Accident

A school bus plunged into a river in northern Pakistan Tuesday, leaving 15 children dead. The bus was carrying 35 children when the accident happened. Police say the driver lost control of the vehicle.

Divers have pulled the bodies of 15 children from the Jhelum River near the city of Muzaffarabad. Authorities expect to find more bodies. The bus driver and 5 children survived the accident with injuries.

The cause of the accident is under investigation. No other details were available.
