Donald Trump Buys Ed McMahon House

Donald Trump has bought TV personality Ed McMahon’s Beverly Hills mansion, saving it from foreclosure. Trump plans to lease the home back to McMahon saying it “would be an honor” to help the comedian.

“When I was at the Wharton School of Business I’d watch him every night,” Trump says.

A rep for McMahon, who bought the home in 1990 for $7 million, said the former talk show host is “very optimistic” about Trump purchasing the property. Last week, the mansion was listed at $4.6 million.
