Genoptix, Inc. (NASDAQ:GXDX) shares fell 1.02% to $14.50 after it was downgraded at Wedbush to Neutral from Outperform and also cut the price target by $7 to $16.

Wedbush analyst says, "GXDX released its new slide deck yesterday, before the market open, at an investor conference in New Yorkwhere the company detailed a 5%-10% sequential fall-off in case volumes and revenue. The specific cause of the weakness is not completely clear, which was cited as being due to changing trends at the physician office level and increasing competitive noise which is slowing the rate of new customer wins. The company reiterated that its base of ordering physicians has remained stable despite the volume drop off."

Novartis AG (ADR) (NYSE:NVS) shares also downgraded by Goldman Sachs from Conviction Buy to Neutral.

The firm notes that the pharma industry is rapidly approaching the largest potential loss of sales to generics it has ever experienced, with 24% of 2010E sector revenues at risk.

Shares of NVS are up 0.64% at $56.82.

Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) shares are up 0.91% to $9.96 after analysts at Morgan Keegan Downgraded the stock to Underperform from Market Perform earlier.

Also, Natixis Bleichroeder Downgraded the stock to Reduce from Neutral earlier.

The two downgrades follow news yesterday that the launch of Nokia's so-called "iPhone-killer," the N8 smartphone, will be delayed until sometime during October.

FactSet Research Systems Inc. (NYSE:FDS) shares are down 1% to $83.28 after analysts at Stifel Nicolaus Downgraded the stock to Hold from Buy earlier.
