Analysts were eyeing the company earnings of 17 cents a share and revenue of $184.5 million.

Also, the company announced that it has acquired OpenSpirit Corporation, an independent provider of data and application integration solutions for the exploration and production segment of the global oil and gas market.

Shares of ReneSola Ltd. (ADR) (NYSE:SOL) is trading 4.10% higher to $11.43 after making its new one year high of $11.54. The intraday range of the stock is $11.20-$11.54. The stock is up more than 137% year-to-date.

The company has Price/Sales ratio of 1.21 and Price/Book ratio of 2.12. The stock has the 50- Day Moving Average and 200-Day Moving Average prices of $8.90 and $7.05 respectively.

Atmel Corporation (NASDAQ:ATML) rose 2.37% to $7.67 after 2.10 million shares of trade. So far in the last one year of trading sessions, the stock has added over 90%. The stock today registered its new 52-week high of $7.72.
