Lindsay Lohan has been denied probation and has been taken into custody. Lohan made a court appearance earlier Friday after having failed two drug tests while on probation. The drug tests revealed positive results for cocaine and Adderall. Judge Elden Fox, who had warned "LiLo" against violating her probation, did not even hear any arguments from the lawyers before making his ruling that Lohan be denied bail and taken into custody. The ruling came as a surprise to many with supposed knowledge of the case, who were expecting that Judge Fox
had to offer Lohan bail. The ruling also came as a surprise to LiLo, who, according to a report from TMZ.com, looked at her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holly, before being handcuffed and taken into custody.
