The Company acquired Wallop Defense Systems Limited (Wallop) and FR Countermeasures on March 24, 2006, and December 23, 2005, respectively, from Cobham plc. Wallop and FR Countermeasures are manufacturers of military pyrotechnic countermeasure devices.
