Alexis "MaryJane" Miller Claims Shaquille O'Neal is Stalking Her

Alexis Miller, a hip-hop singer that performs under the name MaryJane, filed a restraining order against Shaquille O'Neal on Friday, claiming that O'Neal is stalking her.

Miller, 23, claims that O'Neal stalked her, threatened her with bodily harm and made harassing phone calls in which he breathed heavily into the phone before hanging up. 

Miller also claims that O'Neal threatened to ruin her musical career by paying anyone $50,000 if they agree not to perform or record with her in the future.

Miller said that she has known O'Neal for about 18 months and that the two became intimate over the past six to eight months. However, O'Neal reacted in this manner after she attempted to break things off.

TMZ has court documents that include an email that Shaq sent to Miller in which he said "I dnt no who the [expletive] u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is all I gotta make now try me. Sho me."

The restraining order states that O'Neal must stay 200 yards away from Miller and her 19-month-old son. He is to have no contact with her whatsoever and must appear in court on September 4.

O’Neal filed for divorce from his wife Shaunie in 2007 but recently indicated he wanted to reconcile with her.
