Guns N’ Roses Songs Leaked, FBI Arrests Suspect

The FBI has arrested a 27-year-old man suspected of streaming several songs from an unreleased album by Guns N’ Roses.

 

According to agents Kevin Cogill uploaded nine tracks from the yet to be releases album “Chinese Democracy,” a violation of federal copyright laws. Cogill admitted to the agents he had placed the songs on his Web site in June but they have since been removed.

 

Cogill was arrested on Wednesday morning.
