Jimmy Carter Rushed to Hospital After Flight

President Jimmy Carter was rushed to a Cleveland, Ohio hospital Tuesday morning upon landing at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, CNN reports. An airport spokesperson says Carter, 85, suffered a health issue during the flight.

Paramedics met Carter’s plane and immediately took him to Metro Health Hospital. No other details on his condition were available. Check back for updates.

Carter was in Cleveland to promote and sign copies of his new book, White House Diary.
