Bristol Palin, who is currently competing on the hit ABC celeb-reality show
Dancing With the Stars, was seen hanging out at a place called Rumrunners Old Towne Bar and Grill last Friday. Just one small problem. Bristol is 19, meaning that she is underage, meaning that maybe she was not legally allowed to be there. The
Alaska Dispatch is now reporting that Palin's visit to the Alaskan bar is under investigation by officials. According to Alaska state law, if you are under the age of 21, you
can be in a bar if you are with a legal guardian or spouse over the age of 21. Bristol was actually at the watering hole with her
Dancing costar Mark Ballas, who is 24 - but as E! Online puts it, Ballas is "not either her guaridian or spouse...at least not yet.
" State law would also allow Palin to be in the bar if the establishment is designated as a restaurant and if Palin was indeed there to eat. Palin was seen eating some nachos, so those nachos might end up being her alibi. Bristol has not made any immediate comment. (TMZ.com, E! Online)
