One of the four men who have accused prominent Atlanta pastor Eddie Long of sexual coercion has spoken out his lawsuit to Atlanta’s WAGA-TV. Jamal Parris, 23, told WAGA that Bishop Long, the leader of the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, is a “monster” and a “predator.”
"That man cannot look me in my eye and tell me we did not live this pain, how you can sit in front of the church … you are not a man, you are a monster," he said.
"I cannot get the sound of his voice out of my head, and I cannot forget the smell of his cologne, and I cannot forget the way he made me cry when I drove in his car on the way home, not able to take enough showers to get the smell of that man off my body," Parris added.
Parris, Spencer LaGrande, Maurice Robinson and Anthony Flagg all accuse Long of coercing them into sex using money, cars and vacations. The men, who have filed separate lawsuits, claim Long also used bible verses to justify their sexual relationships.
Long has adamantly denied the allegations.
