(NASDAQ:UNFI) rose 0.12% to $33.16 after it announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 3,850,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $33.00 per share.  The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 577,500 shares of common stock from the Company at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount and commission, to cover overallotments, if any.
