The Cincinnati Bengals may have to change their media guide now that controversial wide receiver Chad Johnson has officially changed his name.
The headline-grabbing star has legally changed his name to Chad Javon Ocho Cinco, making good on a promise he made nearly two years ago when he bore the “Ocho Cinco” moniker on the back of his jersey prior to a regular season game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Ocho Conco is in reference to his No. 85 jersey.
Talking about his name change Ocho Cinco told the Bengals official Web site “"It's something I don't think anyone has ever done before. Have I ever had a reason for why I do what I do? I'm having fun."
