Dwyane Wade's former wife Siovaughn may need to undergo some court-mandated psychiatric evaluation soon. Lester Barclay, the attorney who has been looking out for the children of Wade and his ex-wife, has asked a Chicago court to force Siovaughn to undergo a psychiatric assessment with a court-approved psychiatrist because, he believes, "There is a question as to the mental condition and violent tendencies" of Siovaughn. He is also requesting that the couple's two children be allowed to stay with Dwyane while the trial continues. According to a report from TMZ.com, "Barclay claims [in court documents that] Siohvaughn's own testimony has revealed a history of
extreme violence -- and he believes she has 'homicidal' and 'suicidal'
tendencies" Wade, an NBA Finals champion and MVP, filed for divorce from his highschool sweetheart Siovaughn in 2008. Ever since then, the drama has been virtually non-stop.
