Queen of Gospel – Albertina Walker Passes Away

Albertina Walker of the Caravans fame, passed away in the early hours of the morning. For those, who don’t know the great lady, Walker had spent most of her life singing gospel music for the African American church. The simple rhythms and her soulful voice resonate with the audience every time you hear her. At 81, she has probably contributed more to the gospel music genre then most others in her age group.

Self-Assessment

Black gospel music is refined and touches hearts by the simple, yet to the point messages that they give. These songs are in no way didactic. They just show you the truth behind feelings. Tina Muwali, another young black gospel music singer and composer, gets right to the point with her hard hitting yet infinitely soulful songs. The beautiful melody, DUI-Is Not Good, has such a strong message that it sends out. Every time you get behind the wheel after listening to this song you conduct a self check to ensure that you are not even a little drunk.

Time is Not on Your Side

Being caught with a DUI or driving under influence is an offence punishable in the court of law. If you do happen to become ensnared under such a charge, act fast, and hire a DUI lawyer. The guilt that might forever be a part of your psyche if you hurt someone while under the influence will not save you from the stringent procedure of the law but a good DUI lawyer might just be able to salvage the situation. A DUI lawyer needs to be hired as quickly as possible because most states have a statute of limitations in place when it comes to filing cases.

Remember That Song

Only a DUI attorney will be able to ensure that you don’t lose your license or get jailed without a trial. When it comes to a trial too, a DUI attorney is your best bet. Your future and the happiness of your family rests in the capable hands of the DUI lawyer so ensure you hire someone experienced. The best thing to do is don’t drink and drive because a “DUI-Is Not Good.”
