iPod Video Repair Troubleshooter Released by milliamp.com

Easily figure out what repairs are needed for your 5th Generation Apple iPod Video using this easy online tool.

milliamp.com, a repair shop for Apple's iPod Video 5th Generation and other iPods and iPhones, has just announced a troubleshooting application to help people figure out what is wrong with their ailing music player.

The application is simple but effective. Just answer a few questions about what kind of issues you are having with your iPod Video, and the program directs you to the most appropriate part and/or service that you need in order to get it fixed.

"This tool is just what our customers need - a quick and easy way to figure out what they need to order without having to take the time to call or email.", said Anthony Magnabosco, the owner of the iPod Video repair business.

Currently, the application helps individuals with Apple's iPod Video - also known as the 5th Generation iPod. That particular iPod comes in 30GB, 60GB, and 80GB hard drive capacities, and it perhaps one of the most popular iPods that was ever released.  The front of this particular device is either white or black, and the back of the device is shiny metal.

Issues like a failing battery, failed hard drive, no audio, and other common ailments are identified with the tool by asking a series of simple questions, and then narrowing down to which product or services is best to get the iPod Video repair process started, and a good idea of how much it might cost.

"This tool is just another example of how we are always trying to come up with ways to help our customers figure out what they need and then give them them solution that is best for them.", added Magnabosco.

The tool being discussed here can be found at the milliamp.com Support Page.

milliamp.com plans to add other devices besides the 5th Generation iPod Video to the new troubleshooting tool over the next few weeks.
