Last night was not a good situation for The Situation, with the judges from the hit ABC show
Dancing With the Stars verbally destroying his performance last night. Bruno Tonioli, for example, called it a "terrible mess." But Karina Smirnoff, who is Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's partner/instructor on the show, has nothing but kind words for the 27-year-old reality TV star. "Honestly, I'm having such a blast this season," Smirnoff, 32, told People magazine. "I'm trying things with Mike that I would never even attempt to
try with anyone else. Definitely the best partner ever. I would never
ask for anyone different." Smirnoff's kind words must be encouraging to Sorrentino, who was admittedly very upset after the judges said what they had to say about his performance on Monday night. "I was so upset, I actually stormed off," said the
Jersey Shore star. "I came back after I
was cooled off, and I was like, you know what, hopefully America saw
that I was working my hardest and really putting in the practice and
doing things that people are not willing to risk... I really tried hard. I'm not a dancer, but I went out there and gave it my all."(Sources: people.com)
