Courtney Cox Separated From Husband of 11 Years

Courtney Cox is known all over the world for her role as the nitpicky, control freak, and once obese character Monica from the decade long sitcom Friends. She has played Monica so beautifully that everyone relates to her character. The issues she deals with as Monica carry some weight and relevance to so many of us.

Good News for Men Overall, Sad for Society Though

David Arquette and Courtney Cox met on the set of the sitcom, fell in love, and got married during the show’s tenure. They have been married for 11 years and have a beautiful child to show for it. It is therefore, kind of sad that latest news report suggest Courtney Cox and David Arquette are headed for “splitsville” and have in fact separated.

Looks Matter

Courtney Cox’s character in the sitcom waited for a long time to get married and found love in the arms of her friend, Chandler, played by Matthew Perry. Perry’s character had initially been repulsed by Monica due to the fact that she was fat and obese.

Women all over the world deal with issues of obesity and have found peace in Cox’s representation of Monica who works on her appetite after being snubbed by Chandler to become one of the most beautiful women on the show, probably the most beautiful. She does not resort to methods like liposuction. Though many women consider the options of lipo and laser lipo to be easier than working out and eating right, the process of lipo needs to be understood before any decisions are made.

Not Long Lasting

Liposuction is essentially a medical procedure that liquefies fat from under the layers of skin. The latest technology like smart lipo allows the process to be completed with almost no side effects and leaves largely bruise-less skin behind after the procedure. This is just amazing. Any bruises that might have occurred with lipo are touted to disappear within a few weeks.

Successful Eating Habits

Courtney Cox’s character Monica could not have made successful use of lipo as she was obese and only dietary changes can affect the calorific intake that causes obesity. Liposuction would have given her a better body but in the short run, only a healthy living and massive dietary changes would have worked though in the long run.
