Western Refining, Inc. (NYSE:WNR) shares are trading higher by 0.45% to $6.68. Earlier this week, analysts at Morgan Stanley this morning upgraded the stock to Overweight from Equalweight. Western Refining, Inc. (WNR) an independent crude oil refiner and marketer of refined products and also operates service stations and convenience stores.

At current market price, the market capitalization of the company stands at $594.37 million.

Last week, the company announced that it has signed a commitment letter with TD Bank, N.A. and TD Securities (USA) LLC for a proposed $225 million senior secured revolving credit facility, which would replace Hersha’s current $135 million senior secured credit facility.
