Awesome System for Employers to Find Applicants With Ease

The Awesome Applicants resume database was created in 2002 by Workamper News. The online database is filled with resumes posted by Workampers looking for jobs.  An employer who has a subscription to Workamper News can search the database using specific criteria, or do a broad location search.  A generated list of resumes can give a proactive employer a great starting point for recruiting, without ever having to leave the office.

An employer's search criteria can contain options like location, work start dates, work setting, preferred salary/benefits, preferred work schedule, season preference and keywords.  Recently added, employers now have the ability to search on the date resumes were last updated, so results will be current and always show Workampers who are actively searching for positions. Once an employer finds a resume of interest, he can add it to his Saved Resumes for quick access later on. Within that section he can make notes on the resume of dates he contacted the applicant, etc.
