NFL Scores: Drew Brees Throws for 343 Yards and 3 TDs as New Orleans Saints Beat Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Home Opener

Drew Brees threw for 343 yards and three touchdowns while Reggie Bush had 112 yards receiving and a TD and added 52 yards on the ground as the New Orleans Saints beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24-10 on Sunday.

Breese had his hand in the first two scores of the game as he hit David Patten on a 39yard touchdown pass to give the Saints a 7-0 lead and then had a pass intercepted by Phillip Buchanon who returned it 26-yards to tie the game.

Tampa held a 13-10 lead with just 13 seconds left in the third quarter when Brees connected with Devery Henderson on an 84-yard touchdown pass to give the Saints a 17-13 advantage heading into the fourth quarter.

The Bucs answered with a 2-yard TD pass from Jeff Garcia to Ike Hilliard but Brees responded with a 42-yard touchdown toss to Reggie Bush for the deciding score.
