O’Donnell’s Lack of Knowledge Is Appalling

Politics and a thorough knowledge of the law go hand in hand in America. It helps to be elected to a lawmaker position if one has a background in law. At the same time, some say these lawyers have crushed the U.S. with stifling regulations which has curtailed the freedoms Americans used to enjoy. But a recent Delaware candidate is verifying why a potential lawmaker should have some basic sense regarding the law. Republican Senate nominee Christine O'Donnell asked her rival, Chris Coons, repeatedly about a topic that is a part of the omnipresent first amendment. The question was “where does the law talk about the separation between the church and state in the Constitution?”

Elementary Errors

O’Donnell displayed her ignorance of the laws of the country time and again during this debate. The laws of the land are manifold. Some may be misinterpreted. Particularly, if you have a lawsuit that needs to be fought in the precinct of accident law, it is best to hire an accident lawyer who will know critical loop holes in the law. Making mistakes where the future of the country or indeed of any person is at stake is unacceptable. Elementary errors by yourself or an inexperienced accident lawyer

could cost you tens of thousands of dollars in a settlement.

A Good Representation

An accident attorney is the one who will help you in filing of the petitions and negotiating the settlement amount. Keeping this in mind, the accident attorney has to have great client testimonials and backing. O’Donnell intends to play a role in the running of the country, her lack of knowledge will certainly not do.
