Since its introduction in May 2010 at the NAATP conference, the success of Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center’s Integrated Care Model is becoming even more widespread.
As innovators in the addiction field, Mountainside’s holistic approach to addiction treatment, introduced over ten years ago, has won widespread acclaim. Since then, Mountainside has continued to develop evidenced-based approaches to treatment as well as other innovative treatment modalities that are benefiting their clients. Their newest treatment modality, the Integrated Care Model, is no different in this respect.
In May 2010 at the NAATP conference, Mountainside presented its newest addiction treatment modality, the Integrated Care Model. It was very well-received by fellow attendees because of its documented long-term sobriety success rates. Mountainside’s Integrated Care Model is the first of its kind. We are now able to truly separate case management of an individual from his or her prescribed
addiction treatment, and we do this as we continue to utilize our original approach to care through holistic means. Clients are evaluated to see what their individuals needs are and, with our various teams of professionals at Mountainside working together, an individualized treatment plan is created that is unique to each individual. Our research and statistics show that this approach to treatment gives much greater chances of remaining clean and sober.
The holistic drug rehab was a new concept just 10 years ago; with Mountainside’s continuing documented success it is becoming the standard of care for many drug rehabs worldwide, resulting in more people living a life of sustained sobriety.
Since its inception, Mountainside
Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center has been committed to creating ways that will help individuals to get and remain sober.
The compassionate, caring treatment team at Mountainside is comprised of licensed and certified counselors and social workers as well as an on-staff Nurse Practitioner and a Registered Nurse, both of whom have specialization and extensive experience in drug addiction and alcohol treatment. For clients who may have psychiatric issues and/or a dual diagnosis, Mountainside provides the services of a Psychiatrist who also has specialization in addictions. As a result of their unique, innovative approaches to addiction treatment over the past 12 years, Mountainside has become the model for the addiction treatment field.
The program, along with its professional addiction treatment team, has earned national recognition and resulted in Mountainside being invited to Washington by the White House to meet with the White House Drug Czar, John P. Waters, for an in-depth meeting on what makes its program so successful. These accolades did not go unnoticed within the addiction treatment field and resulted in the adoption by many throughout the country of a more holistic approach to drug addiction treatment.
