Notable US Stock Downgrades

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE:AAP) slid 0.36% to $60.93. Northcoast Research downgraded Advanced Auto Parts from Buy to Neutral.

Over the past 52-week, the stock traded within the range of $36.11-$61.30. The stock went up more than 48% year-to-date.

Children's Place Retail Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLCE) plunged 12.64% to $45.32. The company cut its third-quarter outlook, citing weaker than expected sales in the quarter to date. The group said it now expects quarterly earnings from continuing operations to be between $1.10 and $1.13.

An analyst at Sterne Agee has downgraded shares of Children's Place from Buy to Neutral following this morning's lowered Q3 outlook. The firm also cut its price target on the stock from $53 to $45.

Over the past five trading sessions, the stock went down more than 13%. At current market price, the market capitalization of the company stands at $1.23 billion.

Knight Capital Group Inc. (NYSE:KCG) decreased 0.92% to $12.90. JMP Securities downgraded Knight Capital from Market Outperform to Market Perform.

Over the past 52-week, the stock traded within the range of $11.88-$20.13.

Alkermes, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALKS) added 3.14% to $10.83. UBS downgraded Alkermes from Buy to Neutral. The price target was lowered from $18 to $11.

Over the past five trading sessions, the stock went down more than 31%.
