Hecla Mining Company (NYSE:HL) went down 1.21% to $6.51. This week, UBS downgraded Hecla Mining from Buy to Neutral with price target increased from $6.75 to $7.75.

The stock opened at $6.54 and traded within the range of $6.47-$6.90. The stock went up more than 4% year-to-date. 

Silver Wheaton Corp. (USA) (NYSE:SLW) slid 0.89% to $25.51. Silver Wheaton Corp. is a mining company, which generates its revenue primarily from the sale of silver. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had entered into 13 long-term silver purchase agreements and two long-term precious metal purchase agreements.

Over the past 52-week, the stock had traded within the range of $11.86-$28.39. 

Pan American Silver Corp. (USA) (NASDAQ:PAAS) jumped 0.29% to $29.89. Silver Standard Resources Inc. is a silver resource company that assembled a portfolio of silver-dominant projects located in seven countries in the Americas and Australia. The Company’s project, Pirquitas Project is focused on operating and producing silver.

The stock opened at $30.16 and traded within the range of $29.27-$31.55. The stock made its fresh 52-week high of $31.55.

Endeavour Silver Corp. (CAN) (AMEX:EXK) decreased 0.68% to $4.38. Endeavour Silver Corp. is a Canadian mineral company engaged in the evaluation, acquisition, exploration, development and exploitation of mineral properties.

The stock went up more than 18% year-to-date.
