Kat Von D Furious Over "L.A. Ink" Footage
Tattooed TV Star Gets Footage Blocked
According to a report from TMZ.com, tattooed reality TV star Kat Von D "went ballistic" on the producers of her hit TLC show "L.A. Ink" when she viewed footage from upcoming episodes of the show. The footage supposedly shows Von D trash-talking her then ex-boyfriend Nikki Sixx, bassist and founding member of Motley Crue. The problem is that the 28-year-old tattoo artist is now reportedly back together with Sixx (51) and, therefore, does not want the footage to be shown.
The trash talk footage was recorded while Kat was in a relationship with Jesse James, Sandra Bullock's ex-husband and fellow reality TV star. But Kat has apparently moved on from that relationship and is now back together with her former rock star love interest. Which is why she reportedly "freaked out" when she saw the footage.
Sources told TMZ that Kat demanded that the show be edited, even going so far as to threaten legal action against the show if they failed to comply. According to TMZ, the producers complied, so the footage of Von D trash talking her current partner may never be seen publicly.
