Hilary Duff's Tooth Falls out Before Wedding
Actress/Singer Loses Her Tooth on Wedding Day
According to Duff, her tooth fell out some time around 11 a.m. on the morning of her wedding day, approximately three hours before she needed to start getting ready for the ceremony. "I was sitting on the bed with my mom and my sister, and they're like, 'You're an idiot. You did not. Come on,' " said the former Disney Channel star. "I burst into tears. Then I started laughing at myself, and then I really burst into tears."
But Duff's special day wasn't ruined by the strange dental issue. Luckily, Duff's wedding planner's sister's husband's best friend is a dentist. Talk about a lucky connection. "The actual wedding was perfect," said Duff. "Thank God I didn't swallow [my tooth]. Not good for a bride on her wedding day."
