Beyonce's Mom Says Pregnancy Rumors Are Not True
Tina Knowles Clears Things Up
"I'm hear to clear the rumors up. The truth is that it's not Beyonce that's pregnant -- it's me," joked Tina Knowles on Thursday's airing of Ellen's talk show. "No, it's not true... With all the rumors, by now I should have 5 or 6 grandchildren."
And Mrs. Knowles makes a good point. Rumors of a Beyonce pregnancy have been swirling around for years now. This latest rumor seemed perhaps like it was the most reliable, considering that Us Weekly will be featuring the story in their latest issue. Not to mention that Beyonce's sister and Jay-Z's agent reportedly said some kind words in response to news of the pregnancy.
In any case, Us Weekly is apparently not bothered by the fact that Beyonce's own mother got on national television to say that Beyonce is pregnant. "We stand by our story," the magazine told PopEater.com.
