After nearly 40 years of practice in El Paso, Texas, Board Certified consumer bankruptcy attorney Carl T. Johnson has relocated to Keller, Texas to continue serving clients experiencing financial difficulties. He is with the Regional Davis Law Firm, which has its home office in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Johnson is well-respected in the consumer bankruptcy field and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Johnson has been a speaker at seminars and authored "Starting and Building a Successful Chapter Thirteen Practice" for the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees Journal.
"I have two wonderful sons and two fabulous daughters-in-law and five fantastic grandchildren in this area," said Mr. Johnson. He and his wife, Pam, are enjoying this new location and this new adventure in their lives.

He was well-known in El Paso for his long-running TV commercials featuring old black and white footage of crashing trains, sinking ships, and falling planes with creative captions such as "When your financial ship can't weather the storm." The commercials, which were produced by ad agency Tom Emery and Associates, were recognized by the State Bar of Texas and won regional awards for creativity.
