Kaiser Aluminum Corp. (NASDAQ:KALU) slid

Net
income fell to $6 million, or 29 cents per share, from $23 million, or $1.14 a
share, a year earlier, the Foothill Ranch, California-based company said.
Excluding
certain items, earnings were 32 cents per share. On that basis, analysts on
average were expecting 43 cents, according to Thomson Reuters.
The
stock went up more than 5% year-to-date.
RADCOM Ltd. (NASDAQ:RDCM) went
up 3.68% to $11.58. The company on Monday posted a profit for the third
quarter, compared to a loss last year, riding on a 54% sales growth and
improved margins.
The company's
net income for the quarter was $361 thousands or $0.06 per share compared to a
net loss of $394 thousands or $0.08 per share last year.
The
company's revenue for the period increased 54% to $4.81 million from $3.11
million in year-ago quarter. Gross margin for the period improved to 67.3%.
Over
the past 52-week, the stock traded within the range of $1.27-$12.95.
United Fire & Casualty (NASDAQ:UFCS) jumped
0.38% to $20.89. The company reported that its third-quarter net income was
$3.64 million or $0.14 per share, compared to a loss of $10.16 million or $0.38
per share in the same quarter last year.
Total
revenues for the quarter declined to $147.90 million, from $150.70 million in
the prior year quarter.
The stock opened at $20.90 and is trading within the range of $20.19-$21.48.
