US Stocks Alert

JDA Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:JDAS) soared 12.91% to $25.01 after the Company posted third-quarter net income applicable to common shareholders of $8.3 million, or 20 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $2.3 million, or 7 cents a share, a year ago.

Analysts were expecting earnings of 45 cents a share, excluding items, on revenue of $155.8 million, according to Thomson Reuters.

Over the past 52-week, the stock traded within the range of $19.57-$31.72. At today`s closing market price, the market capitalization of the company stands at $1.05 billion.

ProLogis (NYSE:PLD) soared 6.41% to $13.44. The company announced that its Board declared ProLogis' fourth quarter dividend of $0.1125 per common share, payable on November 30, 2010, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2010.  

Earlier this week, the company announced the pricing of 80 million common shares in a public offering at a price of $12.30 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 12 million shares to cover overallotments, if any.

Over the past 52-week, the stock traded within the range of $9.15-$15.04. At current market price, the market capitalization of the company stands at $6.41 billion.

NetGear, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTGR) climbed 12.27% and closed at $31.75. The company reported third-quarter net income of $13.1 million, or 36 cents per share, compared with $8.5 million, or 24 cents per share, a year earlier.

Analysts were expecting earnings of 38 cents a share, on revenue of $221.7 million, according to Thomson Reuters.

The stock opened at $29.26 and was trading within the range of $27.35-$31.93. The stock made its fresh 52-week high of $31.93.
