Reuters.

ProLogis
(NYSE:PLD) soared 6.41% to $13.44. The company announced
that its Board declared ProLogis' fourth quarter dividend of $0.1125 per common
share, payable on November 30, 2010, to shareholders of record on November 15,
2010.
Earlier this week, the company announced the pricing
of 80 million common shares in a public offering at a price of $12.30 per
share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up
to an additional 12 million shares to cover overallotments, if any.
Over the past 52-week, the stock traded within the
range of $9.15-$15.04. At current market price, the market capitalization of
the company stands at $6.41 billion.
NetGear, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTGR) climbed
12.27% and closed at $31.75. The company reported third-quarter net income of
$13.1 million, or 36 cents per share, compared with $8.5 million, or 24 cents
per share, a year earlier.

were expecting earnings of 38 cents a share, on revenue of $221.7 million,
