California Marijuana Dispensary Raided for Second Time

A medical marijuana dispensary in Santa Clara, California has been raided for the second time in the last two weeks, according to authorities.  Bob Cooke with the Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement said that agents arrested nine people and seized nearly 30 pounds of marijuana.

The dispensary was in trouble for selling the drug illegally and was warned during the first raid, October 15, that further enforcement action would be taken if the practice continued.
