Mel Gibson Can't See Daughter on Her Birthday
Actor Barred From Visiting Daughter on Special Day
Amidst continuing legal drama with former love interest Oksana Grigorieva, controversial Hollywood actor Mel Gibson has been forbidden to spend time with his 1-year-old daughter Lucia on her birthday. According to a report from TMZ.com, Gibson has custody of Lucia on Friday but is supposed to return her to Oksana on Saturday, the date of her first birthday. Gibson requested that he be allowed to return Lucia on Saturday morning instead, saying that his primary nanny is sick. But the judge has upheld the scheduled visitation, so Gibson won't be seeing his daughter on her special day.
