Grand Theft Auto CEO Steps Down

Ben Feder to resign from Take-Two Interactive

The CEO of Take-Two Interactive Software, Ben Feder, will be stepping down on January 1, 2011.  The studio is responsible for the wildly popular Grand Theft Auto video games, and according to a recent report, announced that they had seen revenues triple.  This comes after posting a loss last year.

Strauss Zelnick, currently the executive chairman at Take-Two, will assume the role of CEO in addition to his current responsibilities.  While leaving Take-Two, Mr. Feder will remain a parter in ZelnickMedia, a private-equity firm that is in charge of Take-Two.
