The Athens-Clarke County Municipal Court will waive late fees for overdue tickets this month. Athens-Clarke County spokesman Jeff Montgomery says about 2,000 tickets currently remain unpaid. Overdue tickets issued before November 1 are covered under the amnesty. Downtown parking tickets are not covered.
