NASA postponed the liftoff of the space shuttle Discovery due to electrical problems. Engineers thought the problems had been fixed, but they resurfaced just before the Discovery was set to launch Tuesday. NASA has rescheduled the launch for Thursday at 3:29 p.m. The shuttle must be launched no later than Monday due to changes in sun angles. If the problems remain unsolved, NASA must wait until December to send the shuttle to the International Space Station.
