Svelte movie star Natalie Portman will star as a ballerina in a psychological thriller directed by Darren Aronofsky. Natalie will play a ballerina who develops a twisted friendship with another ballerina who she is in direct competition for the lead role of Swan Lake. The movie explores the darker realms of a dancer’s life and to what extent a girl will go to be the lead. Portman states that working on the film was grueling because of the shooting schedule and the continuous exercise needed to maintain a dancer’s body. The world of ballet has often faced criticism for the lengths a dancer will go to maintain a perfect figure.
A ballet dancer must be slender for her dance to be physically possible. The figure of a dancer has specific traits that must be present to be aesthetically pleasing in costume on stage. Dancing is great exercise and combined with a sensible diet it isn’t hard for a dancer to keep a fabulous body. Professional dancers work for hours daily perfecting their skills which gives allows them plenty of time to exercise. Most women who aren’t in the entertainment industry don’t have the amount of time actresses, models or dancers have to exercise which is one way to achieve physical perfection.
If you strive for physical excellence but don’t have hours to devote to exercise hours daily then liposuction could be a solution to the ‘time to exercise’ problem. Even regular work outs can’t promise you a dancer’s body. Sometimes hours of dancing or exercise can’t solve all of your figure flaws. Liposuction can allow the freedom of sculpting your body and eliminating unsightly problem areas. As a plastic surgery liposuction is minimally invasive and has a short recovery time. A sexier body can give you the confidence to dance the night away.
