Travis Barker, Former Blink-182 Drummer, Seriously Injured in Plane Crash That Kills Four

Travis Barker, the former drummer for pop-punk trio Blink-182, has been seriously injured in a plane crash that killed four people in South Carolina.

 

The Learjet was carrying six people, including Barker, when it went off the runway and slammed into a nearby street. Barker, along with DJ Adam Goldstein known as DJ AM, sustained serious burns and are being treated at an Augusta, GA hospital.

 

Performing under the name TRVSDJ-AM, Barker and Goldstein had just completed a show in Columbia, SC on Friday and were leaving the state just before midnight when the crash occurred.

 

According to air traffic controllers there were sparks coming from the plane prior to the crash.
