NFL Football Scores Week 3: New York Giants Stay Perfect After Knocking Off Cincinnati Bengals in OT

Eli Manning threw for 289 yards and a touchdown, the Giants defense collected six sacks and John Carney booted four field goals including the winner in overtime as New York (3-0) edged the Cincinnati Bengals (0-3) 26-23 in overtime on Sunday.

Cincinnati looked like they might earn their first win of the year when Carson Palmer hit T.J. Houshmandzadeh on a 17-yard TD pass with 4:39 left in the game to take a 20-16 lead but Manning answered less than three minutes later when he found Kevin Boss on a 4-yard toss for the 23-20 lead.

The Bengals managed to move down the field and set Shayne Graham up with a 21-yard field goal to send the game into overtime but Carney ended the contest with a 22-yard kick on the Giants second possession of extra time.
