Prince William Gets Engaged
Prince William Engaged to Kate Middleton
After eight years of having dated on and off, Prince William and his long-time girlfriend Kate Middleton have finally gotten engaged. No date has been set for the ceremony, but it is expected to take place in the next couple of months.
"Everyone is absolutely delighted. He has never had eyes for any other
woman since Kate came on the scene," said a friend. "She is going
to make a wonderful wife, a wonderful princess."
According to the official statement, "Prince William and Miss Middleton became engaged in October during a private holiday in Kenya... Following the marriage, the couple will live in north Wales, where
Prince William will continue to serve with the Royal Air Force"
Prince William and Ms. Middleton are both 28.
