Eva Longoria Files for Divorce from Tony Parker
The court filing states that the couple had a prenuptial agreement, but no details have been provided. Longoria has requested to receive spousal support from Parker. In the filing, Longoria also requests that her name be restored to "Eva Jacqueline Longoria," since she had taken Parker's surname when they married.
According to a report from People.com, "this past week the couple have been rocked with infidelity rumors, with claims that Tony has been unfaithful." Neither Longoria nor Parker has made any immediate comment.
Longoria and Parker were married in 2007. They have no children together.
