The 26-year-old star has convinced herself she is going to get the disease since her mother Sharon was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2002.
Sharon is a presenter on ‘The Talk’ – which debuted in October – and looked on as her daughter made her emotional confession.
Kelly said: “I'm absolutely convinced that I'm going to get cancer. I go to the doctor at least once a week for a B12 shot, because B12 is really good at building your immune system and keeping you healthy.”
The blonde beauty also went on to speak about how her mother is a brave and inspirational woman, and she got a hug from Sharon, 58, afterwards.
Kelly – whose father is rocker Ozzy Osbourne - added: “People automatically assume that once you're in the public eye, everything's amazing and your life has always been amazing because you're in Hollywood, but, you know, my mum has had the hardest life you could ever imagine.
“Going through that makes you realise that at the end of the day, all you have is your family.”
Sharon was given a 33 per cent chance of recovery when she was diagnosed with the disease after doctors discovered the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes.
But she beat the illness and went on to found The Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at Los Angeles' Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
