Insurance South Africa is pleased to announce that they are targeting their service toward short term insurers. Unlike long term insurance policies that are bought for six months or a year at a time, short term insurance allows an individual to put coverage in place for a period of days to a month at a time.

This means that policies must be renewed more often, but it provides the consumer with more flexibility to shop around and find the best rates for the insurance cover that he/she requires without losing a great deal of money by breaking a long term contract.
