NATO Helicopter Fired Upon by Pakistani Military

A NATO helicopter has reportedly been fired upon by Pakistani military troops at a checkpoint in the Khost province.

According to the NATO members in the chopper the aircraft had not crossed into Pakistani airspace when they came under fire.

Pakistan has authorized its military shoot at any troops that cross the Afghan border into Pakistani territory as a means of protecting its sovereignty.
