Killjay is One of Six Finalists in MTV Show, "Addicted to Noise", Contest

Hard rock band Killjay talks about contests, music and shows in YourFindit interview.

Killjay, hailing from Northeast Mississippi, is hard rock, alternative, but not quite metal.  Originally formed eight years ago, the band took flight a year ago following the merger between Killjay and Joe Cassatta’s former band, Addiction Device.  The groups first show following the merger was with the well known band, The Misfits.  The band continues to work with members of The Misfits today as they will be performing with former Misfist singer Michale Graves October 3 at Goodtime Charlies.

Killjay guitarist Joe Cassatta and vocalist Mark Clingan recently spoke with Rebecca Firth of YourFindit about the band, its music, upcoming shows and current competitions they are participating in, such as MTV's "Addicted to Noise" contest and the Guitar Center "Make Rock History" contest.  Hear the Killjay interview on the band’s YourFindit profile at www.yourfindit.com/killjay.

Killjay will be playing at the Mid-South Fair in Memphis, Tennessee Friday, September 26 at 7:00 pm.  The band will then head back to Tupelo, Mississippi for a series of shows in the area including Good Time Charlies with Michale Graves October 3, Fusion 205 October 4 and Fusion 205 again for Monsters of Rock October 31.  Contact the band through their YourFindit profile for ticketing information.
